In January, France has a tradition to celebrate the Epiphany with a special Gâteau des Rois and if you get the bean hidden inside you receive a crown and you are designated King or Queen. Of course, we at the ELFCA French language school shared our gâteau and a Japanese young woman and a Canadian gentleman were queen and king of the day.
