Student of French language school tries “Poires au vin”
“Trop bon” says Spanish man who learns French in France
“Guess what I ate last night” asked student of French language school to his English fellow student. “Pears cooked in red wine and spices, so tasty...Incredible! What kind of spices? asked curious English. Well... Cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, star anise and, believe it or not, pepper! Surprising but actually delicious! concluded Spanish student so pleased with the French family he lives with as he studies French in South of France.
