Ile du Levant for the most daring participants to French immersion program

All the three Golden islands that adorn Hyeres bay are equally lovable, but the most secret one is without any doubt Ile du Levant and its perched village Heliopolis, totally devoted to a way of life communing with Nature. Sea lovers and Sun worshippers, its temporary inhabitants are unconditional nudists, and on the quiet paths leading to the village, one can scarcely meet one or two chilly devils wearing a bath-suit! “A bit strange at first, but we got used to it incredibly fast” admitted a group of students who learn French in France in Provence.

Students at French language school love Wharton

Recently a US lady gave us to read an article she had found in one of the most important American newspapers, about Mount, Edith Wharton’s home in the Berkshires. First rains welcome at French language school

“Night rain’s perfect!” says learner of French in France

The first rains of the summer came about mid-september this year, and they were eagerly awaited by everyone on the Mediterranean coast; although the water reserves are not as low as last year, public and private gardens, parks and even the countryside seemed “thirsty” as we say here. Thus this night watering was much appreciated by the locals, but also the tourists, including the foreigners who learn French in France on the Riviera.
