Learners of French language eat pumpkin
No Halloween for participants to French language course
Among many other autumn delicacies, people in Provence love to eat pumpkins: either in soups with garlic, cheese or truffles for the wealthy ones, or in gratin, puree and even tarts. A surprise for those who only think of pumpkins as lanterns for Halloween, and particularly some of the foreigners who learn French in France in the south.
