Beaujolais nouveau for students of French language school in France
Tradition observed by those who learn French in the South of France
On November 15th, third Thursday of the month, the directors of Elfca French language school treated their students to a traditional “degustation de Beaujolais nouveau”. This year everyone could taste in it the usual “banana” flavour that characterizes all new wines, but as for the second flavour, the majority agreed on red fruit while a few others detected a scent of pineapple!
